Yes, "I have no time" is one of the biggest excuses we have. Ironically it is correct in a way: We do not have much time during our life on this planet. Even more so it is important to decide in a wise way how to use that limited time. It all narrows down to priorities, but it is really hard to get them straight.
You COULD meet Björn on the bike somewhere! He's also doing a lot of long-distance / multi-day bike rides. Who knows, maybe you meet him on your upcoming bikepacking trip ;-)
